RATES

Single full-day concert recording: $400.00

Ideally this would include a same-day rehearsal or concert warm-up in order to establish mic positions and levels.
“Cold” recordings without the opportunity to establish positions and levels are possible but not recommended.

Multiple Day Recording Sessions with single setup and strike: $300.00 per day or partial day

This is typically the rate for a full rehearsal the day before the performance plus the performance on the following day. This rate depends on the ability to leave the recording setup securely locked up in place overnight. If the setup needs to be struck overnight and reset again later, the rate is then $400 per day or partial day.

Mileage

 

Locations up to 80 miles each way from Watsonville, California are included in the recording fee. Locations farther than 80 miles away incur a 25 cent per mile fee for mileage over 80 miles each way.
